Les Bubka SEMINAR
"What KIND of Fighter Are You?"
As well as being one of the nicest people you could hope to meet, Les is a well-known Martial Artist, who teaches and practices his Karate mixed with his knowledge of wrestling and other martial arts.
Les's seminars are always conducted in a friendly and relaxed way, but the content is always superb.
Les teaches his classes in Guildford, but also travels the world teaching seminars. He has a podcast and youtube channel, and is also the author of several fantastic Karate books (you can see them here on his Amazon author page).

The subject of Les' seminar will be "what kind of a fighter are you?", and during this Les will be covering control of the opponent, grappling, takedowns and groundwork amongst other things.
The seminar will take place at Penzance Leisure Centre.
All places MUST be booked in advance, so please book early if you don't want to miss out. No spectators - this event is for "do-ers" not viewers!
Please arrive slightly early, as we will be starting on-time and not waiting for anybody.
N.B. This event is NOT only open to Cornwall Karate members. We welcome participation from any Karate students aged 13+ on this seminar, regardless of which Karate club/organisation you are a member of.
