Would you or your child like to book a FREE trial in our group Karate classes at Penance Leisure Centre?
OK... Let's get that sorted for you!
SImply complete and submit the following form. A separate form should be submitted for each person requiring a trial class. For example, if you want to book in two people, please submit the form once with the details of the first person, then again with the details of the second person.
Once we have received your booking request, we will get in touch with you to confirm everything.
N.B. Please do not attend unless we have contacted you to confirm your booking request - we need to add all trial members to our member-to-member insurance policy before they can participate (in practice, this usually means you need to book at least 48 hours prior to when you or your child wants to attend, otherwise we may have to book you on the next trial slot, instead).
Please note that we generally only accept new trial students on the first week of every calendar month, so those are usually the only dates selectable on the booking form.
