The Reading Karate Challenge Pack contains:

(write on it using a wipeable pen or permanent pen - not included)

For orders from within the catchment area of our Karate classes (near to Penzance, Cornwall, UK) we will also include a voucher for a month of free karate classes with Cornwall Karate (UK).
NB The wrist bands have an 18cm circumference (approx) and a 6cm diameter (approx). These measurements are for the wrist bands when "relaxed". The wrist bands will stretch considerably (into an oval with a diameter of approximately twice the "relaxed" size), to make them easier to go over a hand and onto the wrist.
Please note that postage within the UK is included for FREE. Orders from overseas will incur a £4.99 shipping charge. Please ensure you select this when ordering from overseas, otherwise your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.
